"Flare" is integrated into fender and not a seperate part. Trim Factory fender top leaving 1"-2" of fender top from under the hood outwards. You will weld the new fender top to this. Bolt new fender side to tub. Position Tube between new fender side and top and tack weld in desired position. Add fenderwell filler between fenderwell and new side if desired (not included).
